      Pros

      People are nice and the work over all is not bad.

      Cons

      Management incompetence is beyond belief for a fortune 500. Bad decision are made on a daily basis and gatekeeping from HR and your manager is unbelievable.

      The team I work with is full of passionate and hardworking engineers.

      My issue is with the lack of management as a whole company and most importantly, there’s no growth within the company.

      Work is generally consistent year over year. New campus facilities are nice.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunities for professional growth. Five days in office is excessive after teams have proven they could work effectively in a remote environment.
