      People are very willing to support and help out.

      Cons

      Expected to answer calls/emails/teams messages constantly late into the evening and stay late every day. Projects are dumped on people, and results are expected yesterday. High pressure environment

      Pros

      Engaging place to work Jabil is a "family" environment. Internal promotional opportunities (local and worldwide) Encourages change and continuous improvement. Jabil Listens, it might seem like it takes a bit to fix a situation but with time and patience it does get fixed. Benefits: Profit share, 401K match, stock options, decent benefits, 10 paid PTO days, 2 mental health days, 1 charity day paid. Encourages giving back to your community. The people are great! Pay increases just happened which made the morale go up in the company, we are paying above market wages now! Cleanroom environment - always heated and/or AC. Employee surveys to figure out what Jabil is doing well and what they need to work on.

      Cons

      12 hour rotating shift for hourly workers, this isn't for everyone.

      The only thing going for this company is if you are in with the leadership you are good to milk the system.

      Cons

      1) Extremely racist organization - expect to hear racial slurs and extreme unprofessionalism 2) Mediocre pay 3) Unprofessional leadership
