It's a toxic pit - major turnover. They seem to let go of strong people, but keep those that won't be competitive with those in Director level positions.

Poor Quality culture, extreme amounts of waste and overhead cost compared to profitability, decisions not made using data, poor environment for continuous improvement, lack of broad Quality knowledge and execution, Company lacks true growth consequently, opportunities for growth are scarce, reorganizes so frequently that company processes cannot be established and improved, excessive soft costs that are ignored
