Very relaxed dress code. ( this was good and bad). Coworkers were more helpful than management.

Cons

Management was disfunctional and disrespectful. Work life balance was non existent. Very little training was provided to new hires

Great staff and good compensation.

Cons

Managers have no clue and are disrespectful towards their staff and do act like dictators. I was recruited by Jabil from another state and offered a lot of money to relocate but after I did so, I discovered that they are more interested in appearing to work rather than actually doing the work. If you are interested in doing the work and advancing your career then stay away from this company. HR does not care about you which I found out after complaining about my supervisor.

Cons

Everything not mentioned in the Pros. Local (PHX) Management does not understand that working employees 6 days a week and 10 hour days while telling them that they are not doing a great job is not good for moral. If you do not belong to the good ol' boys network, or do not kiss the proverbial butt you will never get ahead in this place. Every one is waiting for the next lay off to see if their number has come up, And there are layoffs every other month. The company will over hire then have a lay off the following week...
