The company changes a lot as a result of the merger with Jabil. Senior management more interested in maximizing their bonus rather than making the company great. Less incentive compensation since the Jabil merger. Upper management very selfish and tend to micro manage rather than lead.

boring place to work, very drab office decor, like a jail. management assigning me tasks unrelated to my job or experience. training coordinator was very quick to sabotage my work or claim it for her own. the pay was low. i was here six months. the last month on the job, i saw my position being offered on the web via monster and hotjobs. when i confronted HR with this, they told me "it's a corporate position, sometimes they house corporate employees here in SJ, though the job descriptions are the same"..three weeks later, they canned me. did me a favor.
