You get a yearly review so there is some chance of advancing in pay, but not if the floor manager doesnt personally like you. Favoritism happens all the time. I see new comers and people who do the bare minimum advance because they are friends or on the good side of the right people, while those that put in all the effort struggle and are turned down to promotions and raises left and right.

Many could disagree some employees have said “Not very many benefits or bonuses” and “the project cooperation model is complicated”. “Promotion and bonus system are worst”. The worst thing an employee said was “Not recommended if you are looking for a stable income, might get laid off any moment due to most of the facility empty and struggling to stay afloat”.
