      Pros

      In the beginning, there was an outstanding work environment with caring leadership who promoted the improvements in your skill set and also collaboration necessary for a successful work environment.

      Cons

      Now, all the senior management is interested in is there bonuses and raises at the expense of a healthy work place. Outsource, outsource, outsource, with no real understanding of the impact to the company and their loyal employees.

      Higher salaries (with a bonus structure) than most similar businesses in the County.

      Cons

      If you are a male or from Scotland.... excellent growth opportunity; otherwise, extreme "good ole boy" networking and zero opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Nice people. Easy work. Most supervisors are good.

      Cons

      Manager and 1 supervisor. They rule by intimidation. Make people work mandatory overtime even when it is not warranted. If you dont work they take your PTO. They dont know their job so they put unqualified people in certain sots. Everyone complains aboutbthese 2. They are rude and callous. Unless you can deal with narcicistic dictators I would not recommend. HR has a deaf ear to any complaints.
