      Pros

      Organised, clear guides and rules, there’s a system and program for everything, no office politics among the non managerial level, escalation path is strong and supportive, dedicated SME team to monitor compliance to rules and provide guidance, most coworkers were talented and committed and great communicators. Though the culture might lead to raised voices sometimes nobody is offended and everybody can speak openly. A lot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      High workload, managers expressly demand you work beyond office hours without overtime pay, responsibilities above your title, aggressive work environment, high turnover so a lot of instability. Parking is horrible.

      Total "bro" culture. Nice does not go far. Middle management is all out for themselves. Appear nice in the beginning and when end of year quotas and bonuses come around, they fire whomever is at the bottom. People sitting in darkness there as they are all sensitive to light.
