+Always something new to learn +Good place to get your start in tech or tech manufacturing, as Jabil is contracted with some of the biggest data center customers in the business. +Flexible with schedule +pay is moderate for the area we're working in
Cons
-High stress -High workload -Poor communication between teams -Pay could be better for the workload expected -Career advancement is hit or miss, depending on your accomplishments and how the management team views you as a person -Training was not where it should be when I started 2 years, and while it has improved, it still needs work
