      Salary but you pay a big price for it.

      Cons

      Low company culture. Jealous, arrogant and not open receptive company especially if you have knowledge and expertise on the field you applied for and you know what you speak. what you speak. Favoritism and double standards across the entire company. There are no processes or extremely rough-and-ready (draft). To change anything is not allowed due to the motto of " we always did it in this way, we will do it in the future as well". You can try it but there is no support for it. Extremely low professionalism and expertise (top to bottom). You can not and should not trust anybody over there.
