      Tonnes of opportunities Good pay Lean organization with little redundant middle management Fast paced promotion for high performers Work hard play hard Work environment has improved a lot by having plenty of automations

      Lots of new problems Long work hours Dynamic organization and frequent restructuring Plenty of forced leaves due to seasonal poor business outlook

      excellent at medical moulding and medical device assembly, very strong safety, lean. ISO 13485, ISO140001, so a great environment to learn

      Pros

      Very frustrating place to work. Management approach to employees is disgraceful. There is no real canteen, no development, no benefits, low payment. Most of the critical engineers left company in last 12 months, I regret i did not leave earlier.

      You get nothing and you learn nothing.
