      Great place to work in program management. Opportunity to merge all business disciplines together to holistically drive a program.

      Cons

      Depending on the site the resource levels can sometimes be compromised, as the resource pools are not deep, until new business requires the need for additional loading.

      Very competitive salary. Very generous relocation benefits. Overall very good employees to work with.

      Cons

      Very political. Business Unit Managers are only looking out for themselves to the detriment of the company goals. Very disorganized.
