There are no pros. I don't know why anyone would work here. So so stressful. I need an anti-anxiety pill every morning before work.

Cons

Not enough time to complete work Takes forever to make up a schedule, and put your time in on computer You have to look up all of your stores orders on your own time

Cons

No support your job hinges on the Kroger receivers likeing you or not. Even if you do your job your management team offers you no support
