Upper Management really cares. The Director of Field Operations personally goes to show stores just to meet with you and listens to what you have to say.

Cons

Work can be challenging at times but its always rewarding. I love it here and that's really the only con.

Flexible work schedule, no micromanaging of employees. Friendly work environment. Professional job type with great availability for college students. Easy to meet new people while working.

Cons

Unexpected problems with receiving product, very little control of where items can be placed in store. Have to figure out where holiday product goes with very little assistance.

Lami Products have settled the law suit, so employees will share in the money for there, overtime, driving without being paid, going to the post office and ups.

Cons

Sorry on Lami products for threating there Merchandisers like this. The Merchandisers work hard for there money. Will the company continue the way they have treated there employees before this lawsuit???????????????
