Working as a forklift driver in the distribution center is decent, 3-4 days off per week. They are also cool about re-hiring. They have a jerky store and everything is 70-90% off

Cons

They used to offer incentive for order pickers and now they don't

Trying to do the right things, bringing in new people with new point of views

Cons

Words do not align with their actions, they say the want to change but they really don't, expect long hours, little recognition, micro management or no management at all, competing departments vs collaboration between departments, expect your work to be taken credit for by someone else or another department
