Benefits, Nothing else at all.

Cons

Avoid working here if you value spending time with your family! If you do not work the 'extra hours' because you have a family that needs you at home then you are labeled as not being a team player. Leadership in Student Services has his own clique and if you are not in it good luck. Leadership in Financial Aid is a micro manager. Avoid this department at all cost. The Union Leadership at JCC is very weak. Went to them for help as a member and nothing.
