Pros
Supportive supervisor who was willing to give me training opportunities, even though I worked part time. Competitive wages.
Cons
In regards to leadership, constant changes in policies and procedures led to confusion and lack of consistency among those who had to follow the policies. Leadership is quite eager to try the next big thing, but it doesn't seem they fully understand how these changes will affect the real students and employees.
