Pros

Supportive immediate work environment for the most part; great benefits and competitive pay. Many opportunities for upward mobility within the company and MANY professional development opportunities to put people in leadership positions.

Cons

Feel like a pawn at times, administration seems out of touch with day to day functioning of the institution and make short term decisions based on profit rather than what is in the best interests of the long term health of the institution.
