      Pros

      Job security is no issue. You can only fire yourself. Union acts as an attorney for employees. Benefits are good. Paid vacation, sick time accumulates fast.

      Cons

      New Management has taken over environmental service department and they are not professional and lacks compassion. They want things done their way. Compensation can be a lot better, at least for my position.
