      Pros

      Great working environment, very accommodating to different work schedules and preferences. I've been here for 5 years, and have learned so much from this facility.

      Cons

      Must coordinate care in high stress situation, but that's part of the job. Sometimes it's difficult to coordinate between so many different teams of physicians.
