      The pros to working at Jackson health systems would be the benefits and pension, plan.

      Cons

      I've been with Jackson for almost four years, within my time there I have notice colorism is real within this company. In addition to the workload being extreme, and no real room for growth. New management does not exemplify true leadership abilities.
