      Pros

      Jackson Health System is a world class Healthcare System serving acutely ill patients from all over the world. I couldn't be more proud to work for an organization whose mission is to Make Miracles happen, hires for cultural fit and fosters an environment promoting growth and diversity for their employees.

      Cons

      The only downside in working at Jackson would be the traffic in and around Miami.

      Coworkers become your family, happy to be a part of a great team!! Jackson has evolved within the years and I'm glad to be a part of it!! Great learning environment, room for growth.
