      Some Workers need More and better Training that Jackson should offer. There is not enough training or workers overnight in the ER

      Pros

      This is a great place to work: continued learning experience and always something to do that eventually changed the lives of so many. Trainings keeps you on top of your game. In addition, hard work is recognized.

      Cons

      Parking cost is way to expensive. It does not matter how much money you're making; there is no way out of it, unless you would use public transit. And sometimes, it feels like such a big place!
