      the layoff and pay cuts is not meeting up to the economy standards management and employees not communicating anymore because theit afraid of termination

      Pros

      Great learning environment, a varied multicultural population enriches our experience. Specialized physicians 24 hours. Level I hospital, and one of the best in transplant. Trauma center highly recognized and appreciated by the community

      Cons

      Understaffing linked to intervention delays, as a result bring a chain of delays, patient dissatisfaction and employees burnout. Salary wise is not so great. A percentage is taken from each employee to help with budged issues as temporary measure, but as established routine now, and not sign to end soon.
