      absolutely a wonderful place to learn new things!

      unionized and it is weak. I personally don't think the union helped with any of the layoffs that happened.

      Pros

      Excellent Benefits, good company culture. They are improving the facilities and have a strong focus on customer service. The new "Miracles Made Daily" campaign is also nice.

      Pay increases have been frozen for a while so you patience is a necessity!

      the layoff and pay cuts is not meeting up to the economy standards management and employees not communicating anymore because theit afraid of termination
