      Pros

      Good communication and a friendly atmosphere where almost everyone should feel welcome even if they do not have a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes the laid back atmosphere means that not as much work gets done as should get done which can be frustrating.

      It is a very disfunctional organization with a lot of uncompetent senior leaders.

      Good salary and benefits that include a lot of time off.

      Cons

      Very political organization, senior management with lack of skills and lack of decision making skills, senior management not understanding the business and busy runing from one meeting to another one. It is a very manual enviromment with a lot of unions that do not want to change the process.
