      Good Fringe Benefits and Compensation. Good working experience with exposure to a variety of interesting diseases. Very dynamic environment.

      Pros

      Experience on your resume, accessible by public transportation, seems like a lot of growth options if you're willing to outwork everyone on your team (80+ hours/week anyone?). Senior management seems better than middle management. Free health insurance for individual (about $300/month for family).

      Cons

      Workaholic culture, demanding, hostile environment, NO FLEXIBILITY with your schedule (even for professionals). Sick days and vacation don't kick in for 6 months, miss before that and they dock your pay. Charge around $50/month for parking, mandatory 3% 401k contribution for 5 years (optional after that). No 'perks' like coffee or even water.

      no career growth, too much politics,this place is who you know not what you know. Your experience and education does not matter in this place.
