      Pros

      During my time there, there were some good managers who encouraged growth and opportunities were given. New managers came in and did not encourage growth. This does not reflect the entire system. I was glad to have a job and moved on for better opportunities.

      Some managers do not want you to grow, they feel threatened with your potential.
