There is so much stuff to say, the culture amongst the staff, the talking behind your back, the backstabbing; there is just so much... You will regularly be working past normal business hours because staffing in the department is constantly in flux, at least 60+ hours a week. There is always an engagement/project they are behind on and it's up to you to make up for it, so be prepared to stay over every day. The department is consistently churning through staff auditors at least 6-10 within the past year. Mainly cause they don't care to teach you how to do your job so when you make 2 mistakes you are kicked out the door without warning, (I guess the warning is you see your job up for applications on LinkedIn). Point blank this job is not worth your time. If the 10 others couldn't make it, you won't make it either.
