Health benefits are free if you are single. Pension.

Cons

C-suite is childishly cliquish and divisive. No work-life balance. Favoritism. Lack of empathy for its employees unless part of the "pack." Walk on eggshells environment and don't dare disagree with your leader, even if it is done professionally and constructively.
