flexible work place, great team work, amazing student leaders, on campus free housing. You also get a meal plan which is great. Beautiful campus to reside on.

Cons

work life balance is tough, always too accessible, on call rotations can be very long nights. Heavily understaffed so the work load can seem overwhelming
