Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly. It is like a family and the campus is beautiful.

Sometimes there is not the best access to supervisors because of their workload.

Tons of Vacation time, and other wonderful benefits

Cons

The lack of professionalism (in the department) Upper management are old and stuck in their ways and the don't care for their employees. Simple. Pay sucks If you're important enough you're allowed to make huge mistakes that affect the entire campus. If you're not, well you better be more accurate than Jesus Christ himself or you're out of a job.
