Pros

Although, they may look for someone with experience, you could be lucky and be accepted to the position as entry level. Great tuition benefits (although you may be too busy to pursue a degree) Your kids and spouse can go to school here for free and get their bachelors - Masters has some pay, however it is highly discounted.

Cons

Difficult to move up. Management can sometimes be poor.

Pros

If you are a people person then this is the job for you. You have the ability to impact residents in a positive way and be engaged with the campus.

Cons

There are no cons, like I said if you like people then this is the job for you. Be aware that the staff is diverse so there are many opinions and if can't handle that then it may not be the job for you.
