Pros

They pay reasonable salaries in lieu of benefits

Cons

They do not value their staff as they say in their 'values'. Management do not treat staff with respect in the way European companies do and are sometimes quite ruthless. The stated company values are just for show to outsiders.

Pros

Paid on time but not much more to be happy about.

Cons

No loyalty, promotion based on thickness of knee pads. When the company started out you needed a scientific or engineering degree. But as time went on and they had to hire more of their former customers (who did not have such degrees) the real scientists and engineers got the shaft because they could pay their customers less (since they had government pensions) and then turn around to the real scientists and engineers and say, "well these other guys are satisfied".
