      Pros

      Reasonable pay offer and good benefits. Culture is pretty good if you "fit" Generally a positive mentality of looking after each other or their "culture of caring"

      Cons

      Something of a face fits organisation. works for those that buy into but those that don't quickly leave. Also while the "culture of caring" is regularly espoused by senior leaders the quality of the line management can vary hugely and this directly impacts on the individuals experience.
