Global Reach, Influential in the Industry, Flexible hours, large workspaces in office, reimbursement for exams and associations, attention to safety is top-notch, people are nice

Lack of work while other firms in the area are overflowing with work, rewards and recognition are non-existent (financial and otherwise), Terrible office space - highly outdated and not exemplary for a design firm, Designs are mediocre and senior designers are unwilling to take a fresh look at exciting and innovative solutions, poor pay considering its stature in the industry, don't expect the latest technology in many regards, little sense of community
