“Unlimited PTO” is a scam to keep you on 12-month rolling PTO (don’t go over 4 weeks!) no accrual, no payout if you quit. If you are light on client work and bill to overhead, as directed “publicly”, expect to get a talking to behind closed doors. Expect to say yes to too many things to maximize billable hours then regret your decision when you’re overworked and get a raise that’s just a tad less than inflation for your exceeding performance.

I worked at the wastewater plant here and was let go after requesting FMLA leave, which I needed to manage my health conditions. During my time there, I also faced discrimination and a hostile work environment, which made it difficult to feel safe and supported. Despite raising concerns, I didn’t see any meaningful action taken to address them. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of treatment in a workplace that should be focused on employee well-being.
