Pros
People I worked with were great, big projects, cool projects, benefits decent; however, employees contribute a lot off each pay towards the benefits
Cons
Too much onus on employees to source their own work, keep themselves busy and billable, unreasonable expectations on billable hours (i.e., employees are expected to be 100% billable), difficult to move up unless you are connected with someone higher up (i.e., less qualified people are promoted to positions and others are not given the opportunity to apply), pay raises are minimal or non-existent, the connection between performance reviews and promotion, salary increase, etc. is not transparent or logical (again, seems to be based more on popularity), no bonuses, layoffs seem to be strictly financially driven with no loyalty to employees based on years of commitment to the company and exemplary performance in the past, no RSP matching any more
