For your first month everyone will be friendly and promise you the world. The reality is nothing really gets done and everyone is unhappy except with the work from home. - incompetent leadership and a mess of company structure - poor salary and very little progression - terrible for development of new engineers (and older, but especially new) - lack of care for employees - lack of recognition for good work - leadership don’t care about you - no interesting project work

Given lots of work initially, but with minimal guidance and no clarity on expectations, it was difficult to understand what I was supposed to do. Kept noticing fewer people in the office each week. Eventually realized there was minimum work available, and only people who wanted to work part time were given the work. Leadership was non-existent. People didn't communicate. It was not a good experience, especially for a new graduate.
