Pros
Jacobs is a great company if you’re looking for good work-life balance. As a parent this was so crucial for me and I loved it. I was also provided with lots of support from my manager and teammates and always got help when I needed it or got too busy. I also enjoy designing for the company branding as I thought it was fun and colorful. I loved my time at Jacobs!
Cons
A bit lower pay than I was expecting but still not bad. Also some unexpected layoffs in my department made the job security seem not as good, but you’ll get that with any big company. Otherwise no complaints!
