Downtown location is dangerous. Raises and promotions are very political. It’s all about who you know. 90% billable even brand new, but don’t provide enough work. Encourage sketch timekeeping. Shipped all support positions for IT, HR and Payroll to India and Poland, so good luck to you if your computer breaks down, your coworker sexually harasses you or your paycheck gets lost. Talk about diversity but the same old white guys get the most lucrative jobs. Everyone else gets stuck on failing jobs and when raises come around they base them on how well your project is doing (even though it has nothing to do with you). SMH. Culture is isolating and depressing. Old guard vs. new guard mentality.
