Senior management insensitive to lay-off procedures. Hire and fire policy management. HR totally messed the employee engagement drivers i.e; SAY,STAY,STRIVE I will never want to work for this organisation,though it paid me well.

No leadership from any managers and they are only concerned with the jobs that can be sent out of the USA which is very contradicting since they say the greatest asset are their employees, the good old boy mentality is alive and well in the company, if you are not in with that crowd you will not last long, high turnover of people, each time they have to retrain at the clients expense, no training expense for even the long tenure people, quality of the easiest draft drawings from outside the USA is some of the worst I ever have encountered, this too is at the clients expense, most are re-drawn here after the drawing is approved, I noticed a lot of rework.
