Flex time, employees able to work 4-10s or 5-8s or 4.5x9. High pay for Arizona so was able to attract some talented employees which makes work fun. Benefits were good and comparable to Fluor, Bechtel, etc.

Cons

Jacobs bought out our small company and it took over a year to integrate. Their documentation system called JPI is archaic. It is based on Lotus Notes and can only hold 64 gb at a time. Withing 2 years of the buyout, we were down to one mining project but were told to work over time of 60 hours for several months.

The job was not as it was explained in the interview. Not as creative. the manager left after 5 months.
