Nice company, just bad contract pay

Pros

Contract was for DoD in Tampa at McDill, AFB, so the benefits were really great with all the access and government holidays and half days.

Cons

The contract was poorly negotiated, so the pay was bad and we never got the pay raise we deserved as a team.

Strong competitive pay, values employees, demands greatness. Jacobs will go to bat for their employees, and rewards excellence.

Cons

Most jobs are on contract with the government, and as such longevity can be unpredictable, but Jacobs is loyal to their employees and is good at placing displaced employees elsewhere.
