No need for strong technology experience so those of us who aren’t good with computers feel at home here.

Cons

The top managers and the owner don’t do anything to make the company great. They were so careless with their computer security that someone hacked in and demanded money to release the information back to the company. The executives also talk about everything they are going to do but they never get to the “doing” part. They just chase the next thing and keep the company in total chaos. I’ve also heard that the owner has asked people to post dummy reviews to bring up their scores on Glassdoor and Indeed. They would rather try to hide how bad the company is instead of working on making it better. Do not be fooled.

Family owned business that I feel very much a part of. Great benefit package, Daily incentive program that pushes me to make an extra $50.00 a day on top of my wages. Fair work environment. Treated like family.

Cons

No cons, unless you don't like to be held accountable for your work.

The owners never learned how to treat their employees. You get hired for a job and then get no development or path to promotion. This company runs like it is in 1980. What gets you ahead is agreeing with the owner not doing what is right for the company or its customers. It is constant chaos and the owners are the reason. I think the executives try to do the right thing but they can't fight the owners enough to see good change. There is a lot of lip service so you think you will get change. Working here drains your soul. You either need to leave or become someone that just goes through the motions.
