Management is very supportive and they give you all the freedom to experiment and learn in your own way. Always you are welcomed for your suggestions and ideas . Management do consider it and give you duly credit for the same.

This is what NKC believes, and this is what JR follows. Just like a mother who pours out love towards her child, our weavers and our employees pour love and value into our rugs and business. NKC always tells us that we sell stories and blessings, and rugs are free with them. Jaipur rugs are a place where we live our dreams and follow our passion. So I highly recommend everyone join this organisation to live a purposeful life.

I really admire and respect our management team, co-workers, and the job itself. This company treats all of their employees as members of the family. I had the best 17 years with this company. JR mainly focuses on ethics and values. There is a lot to learn from NKC. The way he loves his product and our artisans, one can easily feel that through his actions and words. If you really want to grow, learn, and achieve a meaningful life, This place is right for you.
