The weavers and the team are working together to Innovate and deliver more value to our clients, and making improvements for our own staff. Management is very supportive and my manager has helped me progress and grow. Recruitment is given a great deal of thought and attention to hiring only the right people that fit our culture and values which helps keep the workplace what it is.

Jaipur rugs is a place which gives me an opportunity to grow and learn at the same time. Thier open door policy is the best always open to feedback and changes. A great opportunity to learn about the industry their Induction program is great specially Mahesh sir's session. A place who not only gives us a great working environment but also takes care of our health their Jaipur Farm and mind Coch initiate is great they remind us on our working desk to take a break and relax in between. I am glad to be a part of Jaipur Rugs family and in great sense it is a FAMILY.
