Be prepared to work hard at Best Company, but know you will be well rewarded for your efforts. Everyone I have met so far has been super friendly and helpful, but also pushes you to be the best you can My manager and co-workers are always friendly, helpful, and working hard. I always feel I can approach anyone in the company for advice, help or just to chat. Whenever I have ideas for improving anything I always get the chance to put them across and if it's valid I've always had the chance to implement them.

I think Jaipur Rugs is an exciting forward thinking company, built around strong principles and solid objectives that are very much part of our working culture. It has always been in my experience generally a caring and nurturing culture where everybody is encouraged to be their best self, and take on autonomy in their role. Creative thinking is definitely encouraged and people are supportive of one another in development across departments, if i ask for help in my experience it has always been given gladly and sincerely.
