They have a credit to do a year kick off in Vegas or so they claim. Who knows when/if that will happen.

Cons

Let’s see, first it’s a dead industry. IBM, PTC Siemens are the biggest competitors and they no longer invest in RM. Stock purchase program is garbage, and I don’t think anyone will buy this dumpster fire. CEO is an errand boy for the venture capitalist and spends most of his day sending passive aggressive emails and listening to sales calls. He sold cutco knives or something so you know he’s an expert. Need to be in Portland to be favore, remote employees are forgotten about. Overall, avoid this place it is one of the many terrible software companies out there. If you work there now, get off the sinking ship while you can.

1. Since day one I felt the empathy between the colleagues, everybody is so kind and willing to provide assistance. 2. The communication between everybody is excellent, to help find solutions. 3. Great environment and incredible team! 4. Even though is a challenging work product, the tools and documents provided for training and production are great. It allow me to learn more than any other job, which it is amazing!

1. Some non-updated information of how to use the product. Require more than a little research to find any answer to an inquire.

Some of my colleagues are great people who are there because they truly care about the company and Jama clients.

Cons

Management seems to have no conscience. There is one goal: sell the business. They outsource or reduce workforce while tenured employees are replaced with inexperienced bodies who accept low comp. A lively and happy team has become a sad, back-biting group of people.
