      Pros

      This company truly values its' employees and customers. We have a very unique culture that is very positive and nurturing. We work very hard to protect that culture. Working in our retail stores is really special because of the intimate customer relationships that are developed.

      Cons

      The pay could be better. However, the intrinsic rewards of working here balance that out.
